Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence from insurance policyholders professionally and empathetically.
  • Provide accurate information regarding policy details, coverage, claims, and billing statements.
  • Process policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations as requested by clients.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex account needs.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics such as quality assurance, adherence, and customer feedback scores.
  • Adhere to strict compliance and data privacy regulations set by the insurance industry.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate; Associate or College degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
  • Ability to navigate computer applications and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
