Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage details, and claims status.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while navigating multiple internal software platforms and databases.
- Educate policyholders on healthcare plans, benefits, and specific account features to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and documentation discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and data privacy regulations while managing sensitive personal information.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and first-call resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and account-specific changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or completion of at least 2 years in college.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the BPO, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong background in Healthcare/Health Insurance accounts is highly preferred and advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
