Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order status and account management.
  • Accurately process, track, and update customer orders within the internal ERP system.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate L2 support team.
  • Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality assurance KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
