Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order status and account management.
- Accurately process, track, and update customer orders within the internal ERP system.
- Resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate L2 support team.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality assurance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree is a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a call center environment is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
