PT Selaras Multi Cipta is seeking a proactive and service-minded Customer Service Representative to join our B2B team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our production capabilities and our corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the communication skills necessary to manage B2B accounts effectively. If you are eager to learn the technical nuances of the printing industry while building a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end B2B client inquiries regarding printing orders, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on printing materials, finishes, and production processes to corporate clients.
  • Coordinate closely with internal production and design teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
  • Proactively handle order updates, resolve client issues, and manage expectations regarding delivery schedules.
  • Maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Accurately process quotations, purchase orders, and administrative documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell printing solutions to existing business accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Communication, Business, or Graphic Design.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably within the B2B or Printing/Creative industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with technical order specifications and proofreading.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
  • Strong desire to learn about printing technology, paper types, and production workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
