Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding services and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently using the clinic management system.
- Assist with patient registration, data entry, and document verification.
- Provide accurate information about our hair and beauty treatments, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with MS Office applications.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy clinic setting.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products or hair care services is a plus.
