Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify customer invoices and billing statements with 100% accuracy.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate complex billing details to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain and update customer account records in our CRM and billing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collections and reconciliation.
- Generate and distribute monthly billing reports.
- Identify trends in billing issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, specifically within billing or finance roles.
- Proficiency in using billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with absolute confidentiality.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
