Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve service issues and customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing the best solution.
- Process orders, forms, and applications according to company procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant supervisor or department for timely resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in Paya Lebar (East Region).
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an advantage.
