Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process enquiries from overseas offices and agents regarding transshipment cargo status and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and port authorities to ensure timely cargo transshipment.
- Monitor shipment schedules to identify and mitigate potential delays or routing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and shipment statuses in the logistics management system.
- Resolve operational discrepancies, including cargo discrepancies or documentation errors, promptly.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on cargo movement status and proactively manage expectations.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators related to service quality and operational throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics customer service.
- Strong knowledge of transshipment procedures, shipping documentation, and port operations.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) to interact with international counterparts.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with logistics software/ERP systems.
- High degree of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
