- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
