Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments and repairs efficiently.
  • Process service orders, warranty claims, and related paperwork accurately.
  • Communicate service status updates to customers and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure service targets are met.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and filing systems.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma in Business or Automotive studies is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid Singapore driving license is preferred.
