In this role, you will be the face of our centre, acting as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and teaching staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations, including greeting parents and students with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle all course inquiries, student registrations, and administrative enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates to parents and instructors effectively.
  • Manage student attendance records and ensure all administrative databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Address parent queries and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the teaching staff with classroom preparation and logistics.
  • Process payments and maintain records of tuition fees and outstanding balances.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a similar front-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage due to the nature of the centre.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data entry skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working a 5-day week, including weekends, to support centre operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
