Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, product quality, and service issues
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery-related complaints
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed complaint records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights
- Process customer returns, refunds, and replacements according to company policies
- Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and trends
- Train customers on product usage and post-purchase support services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales coordination
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes preferred
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
