Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Caloocan City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital bridge between our valued clients and our logistics operations, ensuring that every delivery experience is seamless, professional, and stress-free. We pride ourselves on our robust after-sales support framework and are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service excellence while supporting our Sales and Marketing initiatives.
As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries regarding delivery schedules, order status, and shipment tracking. You will investigate and resolve delivery-related complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that issues are escalated appropriately. Furthermore, you will coordinate closely with the sales and marketing departments to provide accurate product and shipping information to clients, contributing to our overall sales success. Your ability to document interactions accurately and provide timely resolutions will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding delivery schedules, order status, and shipment tracking.
- Investigate and resolve delivery-related complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and marketing support materials.
- Ensure timely resolution of after-sales issues to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners to improve delivery accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
