- Respond to and resolve delivery-related customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Document customer feedback and service metrics for continuous improvement
- Manage after-sales support processes including returns, replacements, and refunds
- Collaborate with marketing teams to communicate service updates and promotions
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Proactively identify service gaps and recommend process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Problem-solving aptitude with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of supply chain or packaging industry preferred
