Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the retail counter and showroom area.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or counter sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with basic POS systems.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
