We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Customer Service (CS) Telemarketing representative to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about property listings, mining operations, contracting services, and plantation products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
