We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Customer Service (CS) Telemarketing representative to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our clients, and promoting our diverse portfolio of services. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about property listings, mining operations, contracting services, and plantation products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
