Customer Service Cum Front Desk Representative (Beauty Centre)
Piel Perfecta is Kota Kinabalu's premier destination for beauty and wellness. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Customer Service cum Front Desk professional who can deliver exceptional service and support our daily operations.
As the face of our centre, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression. You will manage the front desk, handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, schedule appointments, process payments, and coordinate with our therapists to ensure seamless service delivery. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will be key to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with therapists to optimize service flow.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information about our services and promotions.
- Handle client check-in and check-out processes, including payment collection and invoicing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Assist in promoting retail products and beauty packages to clients.
- Address client feedback and escalate any issues to management as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as client record management and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist role, preferably in beauty, spa, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking software).
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of beauty services or products is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
