As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while managing their digital printing orders from quote to delivery.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their unique printing needs and translating them into precise production orders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding digital printing services via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive and analyze customer artwork and requirements to ensure accurate production and prevent common printing errors.
- Provide detailed quotes, pricing estimates, and production timelines to clients based on their specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the production and design teams to ensure order accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order status in the CRM system.
- Upsell relevant printing products and services to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the printing, graphic design, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital printing processes, file formats (PDF, AI), bleed, and color management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant certification in graphic design or print production is a plus.
