Tripartite Alliance is seeking a dedicated Executive, MW Mediation (Interpretation) to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as a vital communication bridge for Bangladeshi migrant workers, facilitating clear and accurate verbal exchanges during mediation sessions.
As an Executive in MW Mediation, you will ensure that all parties involved in the mediation process fully understand their rights, obligations, and the proceedings. Your expertise will help de-escalate tensions and foster a fair environment for resolving workplace disputes. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and accurate interpretation services between Bangladeshi workers and mediation panelists during sessions.
- Ensure real-time translation of verbal communications, maintaining neutrality and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in clarifying legal and procedural information to ensure all parties comprehend the mediation process.
- Document key points and summaries of discussions during mediation for official records.
- Facilitate effective communication to help resolve workplace conflicts and disputes amicably.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and demeanor, even in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in both English and Bengali (Bangla) with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Diploma or degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in interpretation or mediation is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity.
