Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Process orders, transactions, and service requests accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest innovative solutions
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in the West Region and adapt to flexible working hours
