Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly while maintaining service quality standards
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain detailed customer case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues beyond initial scope
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Provide product knowledge training to customers and ensure understanding of service offerings
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including response time and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or communications preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and case management
- Fluency in English is considered a significant advantage
