Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with interaction details.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative reports and office correspondence.
- Promote company products or services by identifying customer needs during interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
