Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and booking inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate service requests and operational support.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Support promotional campaigns and administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling challenging customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic industry environment, including weekend or public holiday shifts if required.
