Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer issues
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous
