Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal CRM and ERP systems.
- Generate and verify invoices, billing statements, and related administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally via phone and email.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date customer databases and order tracking sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention efforts and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on delivery status and support metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, GCE 'A' Levels, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-first mindset.
