Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end customer inquiries through phone, email, and live platforms with professional etiquette.
  • Process sales orders accurately and timely within the ERP system, ensuring 100% data integrity.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records, service logs, and interaction history in the CRM database.
  • Prepare regular reports on service metrics, order status, and team KPIs for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of service satisfaction by following company SOPs and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to the Klang/Port Klang area.
