Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the internal database management system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer feedback and service performance metrics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent professional certification in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with CRM software is considered a significant advantage.
