Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the internal database management system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer feedback and service performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent professional certification in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-first mentality with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Experience with CRM software is considered a significant advantage.
