Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding machinery service and repair processes
- Process and track service orders, ensuring timely escalation to technical teams when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines to customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex service issues
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Prepare regular reports on service metrics and customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in machinery, automotive, or technical service industries advantageous
