Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding courses and enrollment.
- Provide accurate information about enrichment programs and pricing.
- Assist parents with the registration process and account management.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.
