Tanggung Jawab
- Generate accurate quotations for customers based on their requirements
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely deliveries
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
