Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based KPIs regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain professional, polite, and empathetic communication at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) is mandatory.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional active listening skills and empathy.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
