Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, investigating the root cause, and providing effective solutions.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with detailed notes and case updates.
  • Identify recurring issues and report trends to management to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, sales) to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with exposure to live chat or email support preferred.
  • Excellent written English grammar and spelling; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
  • Able to type at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
