Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders accurately and update them in the internal database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.
- Provide detailed product and service information to guide customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced office environment in Toa Payoh.
