Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support with a professional demeanor.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve any discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Maintain and update customer records, order databases, and shipping documentation.
- Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and tracking details to customers.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer satisfaction and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in using AWS and VB systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy MNC environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work 5 days a week.
