Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients visiting the showroom.
- Assist customers in product selection by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and luxury standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the showroom.
- Maintain a pristine and organized showroom environment that reflects our brand's luxury image.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for sales excellence.
- Punctuality and adherence to professional grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
