Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence from Thai-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints; escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or fluent in Thai (spoken and written); proficiency in English is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
