We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Export Documentation Executive to join our operations in Medan. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of export shipments, ensuring smooth logistics and exceptional client support. You will be responsible for preparing all necessary shipping documentation, liaising with international clients, and collaborating with freight forwarders and shipping lines to guarantee timely and compliant deliveries.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to arrange cargo space and schedule shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, track cargo in transit, and provide updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping data and ensure all documentation is filed correctly in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues and optimize shipping routes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in export documentation, customer service, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) and customs procedures.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and solve problems efficiently.
