Tanggung Jawab
- Guide customers in selecting optimal gadgets based on needs and budget
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits with clarity

- Update customer information and maintain accurate records

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong passion for technology and consumer electronics
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
