Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat channels regarding ASUS product inquiries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to stay updated on the latest ASUS product launches and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing feedback on common user pain points.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, accurate, and efficient service.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled as a final-year student or a recent graduate in any major (Communications, Management, or IT-related fields are preferred).
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work full-time in our Bekasi office location.
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a high-volume customer service environment.
