You will not only assist with sales but also build long-term relationships with our clientele, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional product consultations to all store visitors.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective persuasion and product knowledge.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Perform daily inventory maintenance and ensure the display area reflects brand luxury standards.
- Process transactions accurately and handle administrative duties related to gold and jewellery sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on latest jewellery collections, gold market trends, and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or high-end customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, positive attitude.
- Strong interest in fashion, jewellery, and gold industry trends.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and computer skills for POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adhere to flexible retail store hours.
