Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team to achieve service excellence metrics
- Implement and optimize customer service processes compliant with healthcare/pharmaceutical regulations
- Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and implement strategic improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation and training materials
- Monitor KPIs and report on team performance to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of customer service leadership experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals
- Proven expertise in managing teams within regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare compliance standards
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing and implementing service improvement programs
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
