Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Host engaging live social media sessions to boost brand visibility and audience interaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Create compelling content for live streams, including product demonstrations and Q&A sessions
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and brand mentions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proven experience in customer service or social media hosting
- Proficient with social media platforms and live streaming tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer support workflows
