Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required to ensure smooth team operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to commit to the full 1-year contract duration.
- Available to work at various locations including Raffles Place, Potong Pasir, or Eunos.
