Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Coordinate order processing from initiation to fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams for order accuracy
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
