Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to maintain high levels of customer retention.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with precise details.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations team to improve overall service delivery.
  • Provide detailed product information and assistance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Assist in inventory checks and store organization to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business/Marketing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to start work immediately.
