Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries regarding wellness services and products.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our internal management system.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline administrative workflows.
- Promote current wellness campaigns, packages, and seasonal offerings to clients.
- Ensure the reception area maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist in preparing daily reports on customer interactions and operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, front-desk, or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Tagalog.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in the luxury, wellness, and self-care industry.
- Willingness to work in Alabang on a full-time, shifting schedule.
