As the face of ICON Bali Mall, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact for our international and local guests, providing assistance, managing inquiries, and upholding the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide world-class assistance to mall visitors, addressing inquiries regarding store locations, events, and promotions.
  • Manage the Information Desk operations to ensure professional and efficient guest service.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist in coordinating mall events and promotional activities when required.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Coordinate with security and operations teams to ensure safety and comfort within the mall premises.
  • Accurately document daily visitor interactions and provide routine reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; hospitality/tourism background is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, reception, or a front-facing hospitality role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive personality.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian and conversational English.
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance, representing the brand image of ICON Bali Mall.
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using standard office software.
