Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Perform backend administrative duties, including data entry and report updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service operations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM database.
- Support frontline operations during peak periods to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or frontline retail roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to commit to the full 6-month contract duration.
