Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions or escalations to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Proactively address customer complaints to ensure a positive resolution and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment preferred (fresh graduates with a strong service mindset are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business requirements.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
