Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Manage order processing, tracking, and documentation for logistics shipments
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly with solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (logistics preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
